Thinking back to Wednesday’s post about signs from God, meditate on the contrast between John 4:48 and the many other passages that refer to them. Do you believe God still gives us signs? Or does He no longer do so, relying instead on our faith in Jesus?“Unless you people see signs and wonders,” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.” (John 4:48)
Before our eyes the LORD sent signs and wonders—great and terrible—on Egypt and Pharaoh and his whole household. (Deuteronomy 6:22)

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, help us not to “need” signs in order to be obedient. But if you do send us signs, please open our eyes to see them clearly and understand your guidance without question. Amen.
