Meditate on the psalm of David when he was in the Desert of Judah.
Be reminded that the heat, made real by summer and desert temperatures, is fleeting. A thirst for God can be satisfied by God.
You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. (Psalm 63:1)
